I did not implement a kill process to close Sketchup because I deployed this application while no user was logged on. More detailed information on creating the DAT and LF files is available here. Next you will want to create a server.dat file that resides on the end-user's machine which points Sketchup to the network share to obtain a network license when Sketchup is opened up. This file is put in a network share that is accessible to all users with Sketchup. The first thing you want to do is to create a network license file. This script will install Trimble Sketchup 8, formerly Google Sketchup, with a network license on either an x86 or 圆4 machine that does not have Sketchup 8 installed.
